Delivery
I have not received a confirmation email?
For each order placed on our site we send you a confirmation email.
Don't hesitate to look in your spam folder where emails sometimes end up.
We remain at your disposal in the event of non-receipt of your confirmation email.

How to track my order ?
The status of your order is available in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package on the carrier's website using your tracking number sent in the confirmation email. For any questions or problems: contact@toopop.fr
Your tracking indicates that my order cannot be found?
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
The order is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received anything?
Please check with your neighbors or a guardian if they have not taken your order for you.
If not, contact us and we will resolve this issue.

Return and refund
What are your return conditions?
If your order does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to return your parts to us in order to obtain a refund.
The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging and accompanied by their labels.
Contact us to ensure that we take your return request into account.
What is the repayment period?
We will reimburse you within 48 hours of receipt of your order after verifying that it conforms to the original and has never been worn.
The repayment time may then vary depending on the banks.

What payment methods are available in the online store?
Different payment methods are offered on our French e-shop:

- Klarna (possibility of payment in 4 installments without fees)
If you wish to pay for your order using PayPal, you will first need to log into your personal account so that your data can be taken into account.
